About Amy Michelle

Amy is currently following her passion in photography while also being a full time mother of two young daughters. Amy's photography sessions typically are divided between her in-home studio and on location shoots at various Portland area locations.

Originally, Amy followed her interest in the field of dentistry and graduated from Mount Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon, with her associates of applied science degree in dental hygiene. One child later, Amy received her bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington. After her second child was born, Amy turned her attention and time to raising her girls.

A desire to capture precious memories of her children in all stages of life lead Amy into photography, and once she started, her enthusiasm for the art took off. Each moment, each smile, giggle and tear should be made timeless for looking back on in the years to come.
